Can't open a gif in gift event for free

I have been unable to open my previously bought gifts for free in the Professions gift event of LP International, although it says that they can be opened for free after 2023-03-25 15:00. Today is March 26th and I'm still being asked for diamonds. I have cleared the browser cache but still the same issue. Opening gifts for free seems to work in other LP versions.

Is a game glitch that LP is aware of and working on fixing it. Please be patient.
