App not launching videos for money

I mostly play on my laptop but I found out that you can get lots of money watching videos on your phone so I started doing that every day with no problem but today when I click on it I get a message "ad has not loaded yet please try again later" I tried again an hour later same problem.

Still having this problem and it is very annoying. Hoping someone can shed light on it. I know it isn't on my end, I have high speed internet.
