It's depressing to see that the admins still haven't done anything to stop these people.

Dealing with alts (puppet accounts) is always tricky in any game. You could try to find the main account and confront it (thru clues like comments, votes, alts are usually in the same group as the main account). You can try a brigading (flooding with negative votes) of the puppet accounts or main accounts. That usually forces a reaction out.

My main regret when playing LP (amongst others) is chasing after XP. So I understand your frustration. Hopes it gets better.
