I do customer support (second line IT) at a multinational company and I am basically a skirt and shirt type person when it comes to workwear, although most wear jeans and a top there.

I reserve jeans and casual items for weekends and days off. It is actually very common in Hungary for office staff to dress relatively smart, clearly this is not over the top. When new girls for first line (call center) were hired last year, I was amazed at how smartly some of them were dressed, even for daily work. There seems to be a revival of the 60's style over here, with relatively short skirts or dresses, boots and coats reminiscent of that era.
And when we are at that, what is your line of work if I may ask?
BTW here is something close to what I'm wearing today at home, nothing so comfy as a pair leggings and a top and the enjoyment of finally walking shoeless:
