So I want to make sure if i got this right: we can still post drawings or stuff and compete with them? Can i still open a new topic and post my creations there? Or the art section will be opened just for official contests?

hey i wanna ask...the topic ...."non-ladypopular works"has been closed now???but i wanted to participate in it... why was it closed??and will it open again sometime??
