This week in history:

On July, 24; French playwright and novelist Alexandre Dumas (1802-1870) was born in Villers-Cotterets, France.
His works included The Count of Monte Cristo and The Three Musketeers.

I am such a fan of Dumas' work since I randomly stumbled upon a copy of The Man in the Iron Mask at 10 years old and fell in love with it many times over.
It was over 13 years after that for me to discover the Count of Monte Cristo and love it as well, along with the rest of my immediate family that I coerced into watching both films with me since then.
So to any fellow fans out there, feel free to message me and tell me that I'm not the only dork around who knows these films, lol.
