Here's something I found useful.
It's basically a self love bottle.
A wee bit of this and that.
I made it using the things I had available.
You can use substitutes too.
It's the intention that matters.
Keep your intentions strong in your mind while making the bottle.
Blimey! the bottle should look very good and be fragrant.
My one's a bit of a mess so see the original picture of how the bottle should look like from the Pinterest picture below.
Keep it with you till you feel you don't need it anymore or till it's effect starts fading.
