Problem Buying Diamonds

Hello, guys. I tried to buy some diamonds but after I chose the package that I want, it showed an error page saying 'Session timed out, please reopen the payments window'. I've seen this error for a few days already, if not weeks. Is this a bug? Or a mistake on my part?

Yeah, I'm also having that problem. When I reported that in feedback, they said that there isn't a offer.But I also couldn't open the "HAPPY HOURS" page. Same problem there.
I dunno what to do.

Yeah...I'm also hoping that, but it seems that they're avoiding it...Or we aren't explaining it THAT good, that they aren't understanding the problem.I'm gonna report this in feedback again. Let's see what they can do.

Maybe it's the latter. I hardly think they'll let the problem bugging for so long if they knew they're losing potential spenders on diamonds LOL :lol:
I'll report too, maybe if more people reporting this, they'll take the problem more seriously. ;)

cleaning cache didn't work,
I reported again, and got this reply,

I had the exact same issue when attempting to buy via my Samsung Tablet. When I used my iPhone to play via the Puffin Browser, I had no problem purchasing. Trying another browser may help, or try with another device. Or a combination of the two.
