Live as I do now having no answers (I would probably go bananas knowing the answers to all questions but nobody being around to share them with).

Would you rather push a button that they say will kill another person or resist at the risk of losing your own life if you were held captive and confronted with that choice? (Yes, I know this one is tough... If you like, please give a reason for your choice, I am curious)

I would not push it. sure killing someone is wrong but also because I don't know who that button would kill, could be someone I love etc. I'll take the risk of meeting my maker without blood on my hands.

Would you rather have humanity disappear and save the earth (yes that means you wont enjoy it, everyone you love wont exist), or keep humanity and let the earth die (earth is home)?

Thanks Annabelle, actually I would do the same!

Now in a very extreme case I would clearly rather let humanity disappear to save the earth for a better race to emerge (in that case I would cease to exist as well and letting the earth die would also mean death for humans anyway unless all of us were to be teleported to another planet which is not very likely).
