The way most Russians say how are you is actually in slang : как поживаете? and the best way I can describe to pronounce it is - cack disa voicha

Norwegian formal version of how are you is: Hvordan er du? (the H is silent (always))
and the non-formal is hvordan gorda (i am unsure if i spelled that correctly, but that is how you would say it, it isnt my first language, it is my third)

How are you in hungarian is: Hogy vagy?
I only know the language in written form, so i cannot help you with pronouncing it

Im sure you have learned in spanish already ;) ^_^

For German, it's "Ich liebe dich", for French it should be "Je t'aime" and for Spanish it would be "Te amo" or maybe "Te quiero", but the nuances of the latter could be better explained by a native speaker (and depends on the country as well.. Spain, Latin America, Mexico all have different ways of saying stuff..)

in Japanese:

Yoroshiku is a nice informal greeting

O Genki Desu Ka is "How Are You?" or more literally "Are You Well?"

Hajimemashite is for someone you are meeting for the first time and is the equivalent to "Pleased to Meet you"

All the following are English to Irish translations. :) The brackets are all the pronunciations.

Hello- Dia duit. (Dee-a gwitch)
How are you- Conas atá tú? (Kunahs ah-toh two?)
My name is _______- _______ is ainm dom (_______ iss anum dum)
I am ___ years old- Tá mé ______ bliana d'aois (Tawh may ___ bleana deash)
I am skinny- Tá mé tanaí (Tawh may tanny)
I am fat- Tá mé ramhar (Tawh may row-are)

If you want to know anything just ask. :)
*Note: Not all the pronunciations are fully correct as I couldn't write some of them 100% correctly.
