Having problems with game play

As per the message sent earlier today, I proceeded to clear my cookies, used F5 and still parts of the game are missing; such the time bar up top, lady and clothes not showing up in wardrobe and also problems with fashion arena. If there is something else I could try then I would appreciate all suggestions.
