Ancient Egypt War Flag.
I shall be describing each symbol in brief, giving reasons as to why I included them in my war flag/banner, and their pronunciation. (If required)
The first symbol from the left is the symbol of Amun-Ra. Also known as Ra, he is the Egyptian God of the Sun and the king of the Gods. He symbolizes victory, power and new beginnings. [I included this in my flag since Victory and Power are integral aspects of war]
The second symbol is called ouroboros (Pronounced Oh/ro/bore/us) It is an ancient symbol depicting a serpent or dragon eating its own tail. The ouroboros is often interpreted as a symbol for eternal cyclic renewal or a cycle of life, death, and rebirth. [During wars, deaths are inevitable. Hence, I included it in my flag]
The third symbol from the left is a scarab. It is the symbol of immortality, resurrection, transformation and protection. [I included this in my flag since Immortality and Protection are symbolic in war]
The fourth symbol from the left is called ankh. It symbolizes life. [I included this in my war flag since life and death are a part of war]
The fifth symbol from the left is the eye of Horus. It is similar looking to the symbol of Amun-Ra, but they mean different things. Horus is the Egyptian God of War and hence, this symbol was traditionally put up in war banners. [I included this in my flag since it symbolized Horus.]
