Videos are not rewarding emeralds

Hi,

I am not getting the emeralds from watching ad videos. Every time I watch a video and refresh/change to a new page, the emeralds are not getting added to my account. Is there a way to resolve this?

This sometimes happens to me. I play on the browser though. When ever I get vids which is rarely I watch them and near the end it says Sorry but this isn’t able to happen. And I won’t get any gems. From then I felt like it was just a waste of time so I stopped doing it but not like I got the vids. You could actually tell this to the LP staff. Maybe try to contact them. At least we get gems from the arenas. So like This game is so worth playing. The events are getting better!
